I work with the owners of small and medium business to define, clarify and meet their goals, and I’ve been fortunate to assist hundreds of businesses along the way, spanning all industries.
It’s a job I relish; meeting people, hearing their stories and helping them take the next step, whether that’s creating a business with a better bottom line, expansion, clearer planning, or preparing for sale. It’s a role that involves the ability to listen and translate information into clear strategies and procedures that are measured along the way.
When it comes to goals, mine has been to assist business owners achieve the ever-elusive work life balance that includes financial success. After years in the corporate world, I started Enever Consulting in 2005, providing career, sales, and business coaching.
By 2013 it was a natural step to specialise further in business mentoring, with the establishment of Clive Enever – The Business Mentor. I pride myself on assisting business owners to see their business within a broader context, and empower them to have the lifestyle they crave with the business success they deserve.
These years working in the business world have also taught me that the right connections at the right time are imperative to business success, and in 2016 The Coaching Circle was born. At the Coaching Circle, proprietors and entrepreneurs are provided with access to specialist coaches in their chosen field along with advice and resources.
